Our first bible study of the year will also mark the first message in our new message series titled “The Perfect ‘I AM.’” Since this is the first Bible Study of the new quarter, we will have a pizza dinner with everyone, so please make note of the time change so that you don’t miss it!

COLLEGE WINTER RETREAT
It is not too late to sign up for our college winter retreat! It will be from January 15-18. All freshmen can register for a discounted rate of $69 and for everyone else it’ll be $79. If you haven’t signed up yet and would like to, click here.

Gracepoint Berkeley, Davis, and Austin church members will have some “berry” good fellowship time at Knott’s Berry Farm in Southern California on Dec. 28 with rides, food, and Snoopy on Ice! We were able to get a discount and it will be $23 per person when we go as a group.

Hope you guys are all having a great winter break after your finals! We had a blast with all who were able to make it to the Sierra House Trip this past weekend. We roasted marshmallows and shish kabobs around the campfire, had some intense snow fights and magical late-night sled runs. It was a great time of meeting new people, bonding, and just enjoying God’s creation together!
For all of the college students, we will be having our annual Winter Retreat from January 15-18 (MLK Weekend). The price is $79, and if you would like to sign up, you can go ahead and fill out the form in our sign-up section. If you have any questions, as always, feel free to contact your leads/directors.
If you are still in the Davis area during the winter break, we will be having a potluck and bible study this Friday at 7:30pm at 1821 Oak Ave.(Our Faith Lutheran’s Ministry Center) with Praxis/IGSM. We will also be following the bible study with a gift exchange! For the gift exchange, bring a wrapped gender-neutral usable gift from home or a $5 new gift. So if you aren’t back home and will like to join us, contact your ministry staff.

Fall quarter has come and gone, and we will be having one last “hurrah” up at our Sierra House for a Koinonia-wide snow trip! It will be a fun couple of days packed with food, fellowship, and snow! For our post-bible study fellowship time, we will be having our yearly Christmas Gift Exchange. This year, we will be having a “White Elephant” gift exchange, so please bring a gift that meets the following criteria:
An item that is already owned and in good condition (or alternatively, a $4-5 new gift)
Gift-wrapped
Gender Neutral
No “gag” gifts

Instead of having our regular Friday Night Bible Study, we will be having a special combined Bible Study and Prayer Meeting.
